The Self-Care and Stress Management Programme is an 8-week programme designed to help you take care of your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs.

This is an in-depth bio-psycho-social holistic programme focused on discussion and exploration, nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, meditation, affirmations and more.

The self-care and Stress Management programme is aimed at anyone who needs to reduce the stress in their lives, avoid burnout and learn to take care of themselves more effectively. Being prepared for periods of stress can make it easier to get through them. And knowing how to manage our well-being can help us recover after a stressful event.

The programme will enhance your knowledge and awareness of the importance of self-care to your overall health and well-being and increase resilience.

The objectives of the programme are to:

● enhance knowledge and understanding of what stress is and how to manage it effectively

● identify and recognise stressful situations in your life and their signs and symptoms

● explore and identify the stressors in all areas of your life including internal, work, homelife, family and relationships

● understand how stress affects you physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually

● understand burnout, the triggers, the symptoms and how to avoid it

● time management tips to reduce stress at work, home life and other challenging areas of life

● identify the top 10 stress busters to effectively manage stress in a healthier way

● understand and implement the importance of self-care strategies in a bio-psycho-social way including diet, exercise, nutrition and supplements

The 8 sessions are an hour long each and can be conducted weekly, or twice a week depending on your requirements.
